At WideIntel, securing data is not just our business—it is our fundamental ethos. This document outlines how we collect, process, and protect your personal and corporate data in compliance with global security standards.
1. Data Collection & Telemetry
We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization. We collect only what is necessary to render our services: Account credentials, billing details (processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways), and non-PII operational telemetry for threat analysis.
2. Processing of Intelligence Data
When utilizing the Exposure Scanner, Malware Studio, or Deepfake Audit, data submitted is treated as highly volatile. We employ ephemeral processing mechanisms. Uploaded artifacts (e.g., malware samples) are analyzed in isolated sandboxes and purged post-analysis unless explicitly flagged for our global threat repository by the user.
3. Third-Party Data Syndication
We do not sell, rent, or syndicate personal user data to third parties. API queries sent to our upstream intelligence partners (e.g., Snusbase, HudsonRock) are executed securely via encrypted TLS 1.3 channels without transmitting the searcher's identity.
