Legal Agreement & Acceptable Use Protocol
01. Platform Usage & Authorization
WideIntel provides tactical Operating Intelligence and investigation tools designed exclusively for authorized cybersecurity professionals, incident responders, and system administrators. By using this platform, you legally affirm that you have the explicit authorization to scan, monitor, or reverse-engineer the domains, IPs, and identities you query.
02. Prohibited Activities
The use of WideIntel's APIs, discovery engines, or investigation lab for malicious reconnaissance, doxxing, harassment, or facilitating a cyber-attack is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies (e.g., IC3, CERT-In).
03. Limitation of Liability
Cyber threat intelligence is inherently probabilistic. WideIntel aggregates data "AS IS" from global nodes. We make no warranties regarding the absolute completeness of exposure reports or the efficacy of ransomware decryptors. WideIntel shall not be held liable for damages resulting from subsequent cyber-incidents.
